I made this piece to celebrate the birth of our first daughter. We custom made the hospital labels (used as the return address label) and ID bracelet as a reference to the incredible care we received from the wonderful doctors and nurses at our local hospital, and the wonderful memories we have of her birth.
In case you're wondering, the labels and the bar codes are fake. We wouldn't give our medical records out that easy!
